How much does it cost?
Video Menus cost just £50 per month, per venue, with £100 one time set-up fee.
It's a monthly rolling contract with just 30 days notice of cancellation.
Do I need wifi in my restaurant?
The Video menus work well with a good 5G or 4G cellular signal, however if you provide WiFi for your customers it's best to encourage them to use it. If you collect emails when logging on to WiFi, there is an extra benefit.
If you have a bad cellular signal and no WiFi, sadly the Video Menus will not work within your venue. They can still be of great benefit on your Google listing and your website, however we'd suggest you consider installing WiFi for customer use!
Can I add cocktails?
Yes, you can include videos of cocktails and speciality drinks.
A single video to cover "soft drinks", "wines" or "beers" can be included with the available brands listed in the description section.
How do I create videos?
It's easy to create great dish videos on a Smartphone with our Video Creation Guide. Alternatively you can hire a LoveBite Media Creator or professional photographer to shoot the videos.
Can this be used for takeaway?
Yes, Video Menus can be used for Takeaway venues. Inclusion on the LoveBite App may be limited.
What sort of data do I get ?
A standard monthly data report will include how many views from each touchpoint, and the relative attractiveness of each dish as measured by the proportion of users viewing the details.
Advanced reports including comparison with other restaurants' dishes, and advice on how to make your dishes more appealing are available at additional cost.
